Our process

No two projects are the same, yet we’ve experienced similar milestones often enough to have a sense of what to expect. Here’s how a typical project goes:

Make the first move

You reach out, we hop on virtual call, talk goals, ask questions, and maybe swap Netflix recommendations. If it works, we move to step 2.

Paperwork

Once we understand your needs, we’ll share a proposal and timeline. We’ll move to a follow-up call if necessary. You approve, then we’ll send the agreement and collect payment.

Collection

Before we dive in, we need all of the information and assets that will give us the insight we need to start strategizing and designing. This step is crucial to make sure we are fully aligned with your goals, needs, and wants.

The Work Happens

We always give you an initial mood board of our direction or concepts for your review and thoughts. Then, once you're happy we roll out the full work and present it to you on a virtual call. We'll work with you on revisions until it's approved.

Handover and launch!

We built it, now it's time to hand over the keys to you. After approval, we share a link to all your files. If and when maintenance or future campaigns are needed, we are always available to partner with you again.
